Project Overview

This project involved renovations to the rear of the existing period home, including new kitchen, lounge and dining, as well as the addition of a new carport which blends seamlessly with the original house.

Extensive works were carried out to the rear outdoor areas, including level changes, retaining walls, substantial planting, custom pool-compliant fencing and sandstone paving throughout.

Optional Description

‘We were delighted with the work of Luke Constructions who we engaged to carry out renovations on our house and garden. The work included a new kitchen, family room, car port, rear deck and extensive earthworks with sandstone stairs and retaining walls in our back garden to create level lawns around a pool on a steeply sloping block.

The builder, Richard Luke was honest and produced work of a high standard. We found his calm approach to the build easy to work with. He was capable of working in a very cooperative manner both with us, our architects and his sub contractors.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Luke Constructions.’
